MINTMAI FANPOLICY & FANWORK GUIDELINES
Fanwork guidelines:
1. You can make fanmade merch of Mintmai. It must either be your own work or art you have commissioned with merchandising rights. Please credit the design / character to Mintmai when selling fanmerch.
2. If you make Mintmai fanmerch, please let me know! I want to support you and share your work with our community.
3. Getting art commissions / Skeb of Mintmai is OK! Just please mention in your request that I may use the art in SNS posts, streams, or thumbnails.
4. DO NOT make anything controversial, political, hateful, etc. using me or my brand.
5. No full NSFW. Light NSFW (spicy outfits, slight suggestiveness) is OK, but nothing truly R-18, please.
6. DO NOT generate any AI works of Mintmai, or generate AI using any Mintmai assets. (NO AI art, singing, voice, etc.)
7. DO NOT profit off assets that belong to me or my brand. For example, selling merch or digital goods using Mintmai vtuber models, art I’ve posted, my logo, etc. is not allowed.
8. DO NOT use Mintmai to advertise a product or service that is unaffiliated with me.
9. Mintmai is NOT allowed to be used for any kind of NFT, crypto, etc.
10. Writing Mintmai-themed fanfiction is OK, but DO NOT write me or any of my characters into your personal stories. For example, do not put Mintmai in your vtuber/character’s lore, Mintmai as a character in your novel, etc. Only my friends can ask me directly about Mintmai cameos in their content, thank you!
11. Shipping me with friends is OK, only if the other party and I have both clearly expressed that we are mutually comfortable with being associated and shipped together in that way.
12. This list is not exhaustive, and I reserve the right to request removal or cease sales of fanworks I am uncomfortable with.For clippers:
You CAN monetize clips / channels with Mintmai content, but you must follow these guidelines.
1. DO NOT depict or edit me saying things I have not said or don't align with.
2. Your clips but be edited or transformed in some way by yourself, such as adding captions and cuts.
3. DO NOT steal and reupload clips you haven't edited, such as full VODs or clips I post on my channels.
