MINTMAI FANPOLICY & FANWORK GUIDELINES

Fanwork guidelines:

  1. You can make fanmerch of Mintmai, and I'd love to see it! It must be your own work, or art you have commissioned with merchandising rights. Please credit the design / character as Mintmai when selling fanmerch!

  2. If you make fanmerch, please let me know! I want to support you and share your work with our community.

  3. You can commission artwork or Skebs of Mintmai. Please mention in your request that the art may be used in SNS posts, streams, or thumbnails.

  4. Do not make anything controversial, hateful, political, etc. using me or my brand.

  5. No full NSFW in official spaces. Light NSFW (spicy outfits, slight suggestiveness) is OK, but nothing truly explicit, please.

  6. Do not generate any AI works of, or related to, Mintmai. No AI art, singing, voice, etc.

  7. Mintmai and any assets / artwork under my IP are not allowed to be used for any kind of AI training, NFTs, crypto, etc.

  8. Do not profit off assets that belong to me or my brand. For example, selling merch or digital goods that use Mintmai vtuber models, art I’ve posted, my logo, etc. is not allowed.

  9. Do not use Mintmai to advertise products or services that are unaffiliated with me.

  10. Writing Mintmai in fanfiction is OK, but do not write me or any of my characters into your personal canon stories. For example, do not put Mintmai in your vtuber or character’s lore, Mintmai as a character in your novel, etc. Only my friends can ask me directly about Mintmai cameos in their official content, thank you!

  11. Shipping is OK, as long as it is kept outside of official spaces, and you also take the other party's rules into consideration. Please keep ship art in their own tags outside of official hashtags, thank you!

For clippers:
You can monetize clips / channels with Mintmai content, but please follow these guidelines!

  1. Do not depict or edit me saying things I have not said, or would not align with.

  2. Do not steal and reupload my content, such as full, unedited VODs, or clips I post on my official channels.
